Join the Early Academic Outreach Program at UC San Diego

 

 

EAOP Cohort

EAOP cohort students receive one on one advising sessions with a trained college preparation advisor, participate in interactive & informative workshops, & attend special events at the UC San Diego campus and at their school site. (*All workshops and special events are being held remotely until further notice.*) Once a student is admitted into EAOP, they are a part of the program and receive free program services until they graduate from high school.

 

Cohort Eligibility

To be considered for admission into the EAOP cohort you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  1. Currently enrolled student in one of our Partner Schools shown below.

  2. Minimum GPA requirement per grade level:

  • 9th: 3.0

  • 10th: 3.3

  • 11th: 3.5

  • 12th: 3.8

 

How to Apply

To apply to be a part of the EAOP cohort you must submit an online application linked here. You will receive notification of the status of your application within 1-3 weeks after submitting. We accept applications any time of the year but please note, most of our cohort acceptances are awarded at the beginning of each school year.
